Shipping Information

Shipping & Returns
As a service to our customers we offer free standard ground shipping for domestic orders over $50. Exceptions include international addresses and some bulk items. 

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you decide to. 

  • Due to the increase in amounts of fraud, orders with a different billing and shipping address will have to be verified before the order can be shipped. Please provide a valid phone number to be reached. 
  • All orders unders $50 will be charged actual shipping rates indicated at checkout.
  • International Orders do not qualify for free shipping. Please email      sales@lakeannoutfitters.com for a shipping quote.
  • We do ship to APO and FPO addresses.
  • We generally ship within 1 business day of receiving your orders. Most orders received by 12PM Eastern time, Monday - Friday, ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after between 12PM on Friday and 12am on Sunday, will ship Monday.
  • If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 
  • Most of our items ships USPS Priority Mail and will arrive in 2-3 business days. Business days for USPS are Monday - Saturday.
  • Larger items such as Crossbows, Treestands, and ScentCrusher Closets may ship UPS if the delivery time is better.

    • Back Orders 

    If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

     

    Returns Policy:

    • We offer a 30 day, 100% Money Back Guarantee. The 30 days is from the day you receive the goods. After 30 days, all repair or warranty issues must be taken up with the product manufacturer. 
    • We will pay return shipping on any damaged or defective upon arrival goods, or any product that becomes defective within 30 days.
    • For items that are being returned for a refund, and there is no reason other than "No Longer Wanted" or "Purchased by Mistake", the buyer pays the return shipping.
    • We do not charge a restocking fee.
